• Your choice of ". com" or ".com.au" names registered for two years. You choose any name that is available. We will take care of all the technical details and pay the registration fee for 2 years.
• A "business card" web site written by us and hosted for one year. We will write a simple web page with your name and contact details on it.
• An email address that is based on your "dot com" name. Your email address will be something like enquiry@Your_Business.com.au (additional email addresses are available for $50 per year). Apart from looking professional, it will mean that you are no longer tied to a single Internet Service Provider (ISP) and you will be free to shop around or even use one of the growing number of free dial-up services.

Having your own "dot com" web and email address on your business stationary and advertising material will present a very professional image to your customers and securing the name now will protect you from missing out in the future. If you have an email address and a web page that are hosted with your local ISP, you will still be able to use them. Also, if you advertise your new professional (and permanent) email and web address from now on, you will not be faced with the nightmare of notifying everyone of your change of address when you eventually need to change your ISP. Your "dot com" name will become an asset that is part of your business in exactly the same way that your business name is an asset. If you decide to sell your business, the domain name and email address can be easily transferred to the new owners.

Pricing

The cost is (AU $180 +GST) in the first year. This covers all the registration of the name for 2 years and hosting for one year. After the first year, hosting will be $80 (+ GST) per year and after the second year domain name registration will be $60 (+ GST) per year.

Full web site design and 6 months of hosting

This package is designed for a business that requires a small web site and know what they want but don't want to pay a fortune for it.

For $250, we will give you 4 hours of design/programming plus 6 months of hosting. If you supply us with all of the information that you want to appear on your web site, 4 hours should be enough time for us to turn it into a web site. Unlike other companies, we don't count the number of pages or pictures. The better organized you are, the easier our job is and the more we can get done in 4 hours. For example, if you have 100 pages of text in electronic format and we don't have to proof read it or format in any special way, it will take us very little time to add it to a web site. If on the other hand, we have to quiz you about every possible detail and you keep changing your mind, it could take hours to write a couple of pages!

We are here to relieve you of the technical concerns. The content of the web site is your business.

If you require more than 4 hours, more time is available at AU$40 per hour and hosting after the first six months will be AU$29 per month which also includes occasional minor updates to your web page as required.

Two computer Internet sharing kit

Do you have two computers and only one Internet connection? Have you ever wished you could browse the web on both computers at the same time? We have put together some kits to allow you to do just that!

The kits contain everything you will need to connect two windows 95/98 computers to the Internet at the same time: easy step-by step instructions, software, cable and two top quality reconditioned ethernet cards. As a bonus, you will also be able to share devices such as printers and DVD drives between the two computers.
